However, in the world of financial services, mascots have been used with great success for years by the likes of Geico's Gecko and Aflac's Duck. We believe that for such an important purchase as a mortgage, it's crucial that we are viewed as the most reliable and intelligent choice. That's why we've developed a modern and wise turtle mascot that symbolizes both our youthful spirit and steadfast dependability.

What is the first thing someone does when they want to buy a house? Everyone we asked said the same thing - they either search on Zillow and/or contact a realtor. What is the main source of business for loan officers? Realtors, or other referral partners.

What is the problem with that? Buyers shouldn’t even look at houses without knowing what they qualify for. We should be their first step to walk them through the process. Referral partners should be coming to us for business. GRC will become the first step in home ownership.
