Jillian Maneri

My name is Jillian Maneri, and I am a mortgage planning expert. I became a mortgage expert just like any other expert, in any other field– by doing it over, and over, and over again! I have been working in the mortgage industry since the age of 15.  For the first 19 years of my career I was loyal to one company. Within that company I worked in ALL areas of the loan process – Vice President of Originations being the most recent.

In 2018 my desire to engage myself in my own community, led me to relaunch my career in a much more personalized direction. I sought a responsible, local, resourceful, “well – oiled machine” of a mortgage company to call home. I found that in Green River Capital Corp!. At Green River, I  joined a team that is both highly motivated, and highly efficient. I am surrounded by Veterans in the industry from leadership, to processing and originators… I could not think of a better place to compliment me. Now I am able to work in, and enrich my home community of Plainview, while writing mortgage loans all over New York State! Green River is completely paperless, and technologically efficient, which enables me to succeed in this fast paced NY life! I am raising two wonderful little boys, with the help of an amazing husband and supportive relatives. My clients are most often my own relatives,  my friends, or the relatives of my friends, and so on (you get the point)…. When I do business with you if we are not already friends, we will be once its over.
