While running a successful entrepreneurship as a CT and NY licensed Realtor for over 12 years, I have always felt something was missing. It turns out, it was me not challenging the analytical side of me enough. It was me not being able to serve my clients with an added bonus of a thorough understanding of the financial side of the industry. What better way to accomplish this if not becoming a dual licensee and now serving my clients and my fellow realtor colleagues as their Loan Officer of choice.
What sets me apart from the competition? A combination of Approachability, Perseverance, determination, thorough follow up and proactivity. I am highly knowledgeable on latest market trends and local customs. I have extensive experience in working with various types of clientele including international clients speaking Slovak, Czech and Polish, I approach every day with a mindset that the day does not count if I have not made someone's day better and learned something new along the way. I believe that there is a solution to every problem, that there is a clear path to success and giving up simply is not an option. Putting my clients' interests well above mine while helping them meet their financial goals stems from believing in my own abilities first.
My past corporate experience gave me the opportunity to grow as part of a phenomenal sales team, where I established strong fundamentals for communication and intellectual connection while working on interpersonal skills and ability to foster successful relationships. My exposure to working with private investors, real estate developers, builders as well as high level executives, medical professionals, artists and visionaries adds a special depth to my real estate knowledge.
I relate to others in approachable and effective ways also because I have a broad understanding of other cultures, behaviors and customs. Helping to guide my clients with the biggest financial decisions of their lives is where I am supposed to be. I am passionate, I thrive threading the challenging waters and am always there to help. I have passion for sports, tennis in particular and feel my strong work ethics and attention to detail stem from me being fortunate enough to compete at the pro level as well. I love the challenge and consider life to be the biggest one of them all.
